Ordered the 2 f1 tea light holders , after delayed shipping due to lack of materials (according to the seller), I received two large ones and the quality was not good at all. The lettering was barely visible and should have come with one large and one small holder. I contacted the seller directly to resolve, where they explained someone in the family had been sick so someone else was helping them out and made a mistake. They took fault of the incorrect / poor quality item and said they would refund me AND send a replacement, which I thought was very kind. I told them they didn’t need to refund, just send a replacement, as I understand accidents happen! I never got a replacement, refund, or another reply afterwards even after reaching back out for an update. I would not recommend purchasing from this seller at all.
